Meet Crazy Ed
There’s a real Ed behind the name.
I’m Ed Chilleen, better known as Crazy Ed. You may know me from Crazy Ed’s restaurant, Cave Creek ChiliBeer, or Crazy Ed’s ChiliBeer Hot Sauce. I’ve spent my life welcoming folks, sharing stories, and doing things my own way.
Now I’m putting that same spirit into Crazy Ed’s Coffee, based here in Cottonwood, Arizona.
Why coffee?
Most everyone drinks it, and I believe a great cup ought to come at a fair price. I wanted coffee with character and a business where customers feel like friends.
We have four coffees to choose from: Ave Maria Breakfast Blend, Morning Ride Mushroom Coffee, Mexican Chocolate Coffee, and Crazy Ed’s Shitright Coffee. Morning Ride is my daily rider.
Always in our memory
Ave Maria is Maria’s favorite House Breakfast Blend, shared in her memory. After 50 wonderful years together, I wanted her name and her smile to stay part of everything I do.
Her coffee, her picture on a cup, and the memories we made mean the world to me. Put on a fresh pot and raise a cup with me.
